In 2011, Tianjin Baocang Group invested USD 4 million to establish three hot-expanding production lines, capable of producing seamless (SMLS) pipes with an outer diameter (OD) range of 219mm to 1080mm and wall thickness (WT) from 5.5mm to 40mm. These production lines have a total annual capacity of 40,000 tons. To ensure compliance with international standards, TBCC also invested in advanced straightening machines and a complete set of processing and inspection equipment, ensuring that the pipes meet API standards.
