Processing Services at TBCC

Indoor Processing Facility:

TBCC operates a 24,000 m² indoor processing warehouse, offering a variety of services including:
Automatic coating
Bevelling
Cutting
Marking
Polishing
Inside and outside grinding
Bundling
Non-Destructive Examination (NDE)

Key Processing Features

1. Cutting

Custom cutting options are available, allowing for fixed lengths or length ranges based on customer requirements.

2. Bevelling:

Offers both bevel and compound beveling, with angles between 30-40 degrees, specifically designed for welding applications.

3. Coating:

Provides varnishing and black coating services tailored to customer specifications, utilizing both online and manual coating methods.

4. Grinding:

Inside and outside grinding services are available, with grinding levels adjusted according to the rust condition. The primary method involves using grinding wheels, though sand blasting is also an option.

5. Non-Destructive Examination (NDE):

Inspects for internal cracks or defects using ultrasonic and eddy current testing methods. TBCC can also facilitate outsourcing and provide official reports.

6. Bundling:

Pipes with an outer diameter of 168mm or less can be bundled using steel straps in a 4-3-4 configuration, with a maximum unit weight of 2.5 tons. Custom bundling and packing options are also available.

Recent Investments

In 2012, TBCC upgraded its capabilities by installing an automatic painting line, moving away from traditional manual methods to enhance processing efficiency and quality. This includes:

Precise cutting
Beveling and compound beveling using 10 automatic beveling machines
Computerized marking
Inside and outside rust removal
Bundling and nested packing services.

In the middle of 2013, TBCC further invested in a heat treatment workshop to ensure that all produced pipes meet API standards, significantly improving the quality and range of our product offerings.

6 Auto Straightening Machines

Our production capabilities comply with API international standards, with specifications including:

Outer Diameter range: OD 219mm to OD 863mm
Wall Thickness range: 5.5mm to 40mm
Annual Production Capacity: 40,000 tons

Additionally, we have developed a mechanical and chemical testing laboratory equipped with:

Tensile strength machines
Impact test machines
Spectrum analyzers
Ultrasonic test machines
Other inspection equipment for comprehensive quality assurance.

Coating Services

Our 3PE coating line is designed with a modular structure utilizing converter technology. This enables us to achieve:

Advanced production capabilities that meet national standards.

Coating options include:

FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy)
2FBE
3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene)
Production Capacity:
Up to 3 km/day, with processed pipe lengths ranging from 8 to 13 meters.
